Because of the "sparkly Marc Jacobs pumps" bug that seems to have bitten many a fellow fashion blogger, I seem to be coverting my very own pair of ruby slippers! I'd probably leave off the cheesy looking bow and minicule heel though, turning my version of the slippers into a tasteful ballet flat. Since finding an (inexpensive) pair of red sparkly shoes would be quite a feat, even for a master bargain shopper like me, I'll probably end up buying red paint and sparkles and doing things the DIY way. Three clicks of the heel and hey, maybe I'll win an all-expenses paid trip to Kansas!

My friend had a pair of those when we were wee little tots. But, alas I never got a pair. :( Also, congrats on being blogged!
Aw, they're everywhere in England at the moment! I bought a pair of red sparkly ballet flats about a year ago for £7, which is a wonderful price. So yeah, if you ever come over to England, you needn't look hard! And they're generally not expensive.
check out crafster.org.
they are true inspirationators (or something)
i always feel inadequate since I can't sew very well...
Dorothy was a major priss, she spent a lot of the movie whining and hello, gingham? World of no. But the shoes made up for it all. I'd have STAYED in Oz if it meant I could keep them.
i'm going to by dorothy for halloween( i have the perfect dress) and i have to find a pair of shoes. help!
ur blog = <3
Does the glitter fall off at all?Whenever I get a glittery pair of shoes the glitter always comes off on my feet, legs and trousers. Not to mention the floor. Always leaving a glittery trail wherever I've been :) There were a nice pair like those from Office but they sold out before I could buy them :(
ahh i'm totally doing this. hope you don't mind that i'm copying you :D
