Colloidal Silver

What is cool? I think I'll let Adbusters tackle the philosophical implications of that question...

BUT, I think that Cheap Monday Jeans are pretty cool. I know they've been around for a while now, but I've only started hankering for a pair recently, since there's nowhere you can buy them where I live. Actually, scratch that. If there's any Torontonians who knows where to buy a pair then please let me know, I just haven't been looking hard enough.

I adore the skinny high-waisted style that they sell, and I need a new pair of skinny jeans BADLY. Unfortunately, I feel that 'Cheap Monday' is a misnomer though, because $60 for a pair of jeans is way more than I'd usually pay for anything.

Luckily, I'm going to New York City for the first time ever in a few months so I'm planning on picking up a pair of Cheap Mondays as a souvenir splurge. Just waiting is the hard part...

Out of curiosity, what jeans do you normally wear?
The Cheap Monday's are great and the price is actually a total deal for the style and how similar they are to other more expensive jeans (I like my Ksubi's more than CM but they're still just as good). I've worn pairs of CM's to complete distress, falling apart everywhere and they still fit excellent but you definitely get your moneys worth. So if this isn't something you really want to spend the money on, then definitely splurge on them in ny. but just fyi they sell them soo many places now (Urban has them for sure and they even go on sale to half the price so maybe keep an eye out there) and I'll see if I can't find you a distributor in Canada.

I typically only wear Fornarina jeans, the only other pair I have thats not is from Cheap Monday. I love them, I just wish Id bought a size down cause they stretch out a bit during the day.

Try caliroots.com, they have a really good selection and some of the different styles are on sale right now! I've got my eye on the highwaisted leopard...

i tried a pair of cheap mondays on during the weekend. they're incredibly tight!! i recommend to get a pair one size bigger than your pants size. the urban outfitters had a sale section where they were selling them for just $40!

YES, i love cheap mondays! we sell them at the store i work at. first off, i have to say that they fit HORRENDOUSLY on that model in the picture, ergh! anyway, as joan said, they run crazy small. we usually get customers to go up one or two sizes. however, as someone else said (a lot of astute observers here!) they do stretch a lot, especially if they aren't raw. i usually have to wash and dry mine to shrink them up after 2 or 3 wears. i personally think they are a great bargain for such trendy fits and washes.

I agree with Joan! Buy a size up, I tried on some in my usual size and they were much too small... no stretch whatsoever. But otherwise, they are pretty awesome, and I really want some. But, I don't generally see them at the Urban Outfitters near me.... But I don't know about Toronto.

i've been craving for them tooo... i knew about them about a year ago but i wasn't like addicted to them then.. i wore a pair of my friends on the ski trip and LOVED how tight and stretchy and AWESOME they were. so now i'm saving up for them hehe. but can't you just order them off the internet? thats the easier way... and also: AH! WHY are like ALL fashion bloggers coming to NY, huh? i swear, i've counted about seven...
OH also also, thankssss soooo much for the tag/award/thing!! does that mean i GET the award? like i GET it? REALLY?!?! THANK YOU! xx

ooh, i want the light-ish wash ones.
i love how their normal waists are a bit high, yet not so high as to scream "hello ! look at me ! i am so rocking this high-waisted trend and i am so trendy !"

because that would not be good.
and also, if my jeans were to talk, i wuldn't want them to say that.
no thanks.

This is kind of late, but they always have them at Lavish & Squalor (plus a lot of other very very very nice clothes and accessories).
L&S is on Queen St just east of Bang On & the old CityTV building (Queen & Duncan).
