So sometimes my residence holds these geekily themed community dinners and I'll take any excuse I can get to dress up. I wore this to yesterday's "Superheroes" themed dinner and kept getting asked who I was. I guess being "superhero-inspired" isn't enough! But I wore my new vest because it can kind of pass for a cape, with my AA latex leggings, tall rubber boots and a bullet belt because superheroes can use mortal weapons in case of an emergency, right?

Guest featuring: Dan as the Flash, and Jimmy as Wolverine. Alex as the Juggernaut ran away before I could snag a picture, but trust me, it was epic.

super heroes need a backup plan, you know just in case their amazing super hero powers fail them (superman 2).

I would have loved to go to geekily themed community dinners when I was in college! I love your superhero-themed outfit, especially because I automatically love any outfit that requires a mask.

I am going to Wondercon this year for the first time, though, so maybe it'll give me a chance to be geeky and dress up in costume (as if voluntarily going to a comic book convention wasn't geeky enough).

That looks like so much ffffun. You look lovely, a very stylish superhero. I'd just be tempted to go all out and do the underwear over tights thing if i were ever at a superhero fancy dress thing... xxx

Hello Canada!

I foundmany nice pics of you in gum boots, like here, on your blog.I own a blog about rubber boots fashion in Paris. All fashionistas are in trendy rubber boots in Europa. May I use this pic for my blog? Visit my blog first to see of you like it! Is it fashion in Ontario too?

Thanks anyway for an answer! Kisses
