Man Size

Does anyone else have a 'go-to' outfit that they can always rely one when they don't know what else to wear? Mine is definitely the mighty, marvelous phoenix sweater, Cheap Mondays and purple Docs. Exams are starting to hit me like a ton of bricks (what, tommorrow?) so its a good thing I can look half decent when I leave my room for meals and trips to Tim Hortons.

Currently inspired by: Innovative recycling methods. Who knew that PET bottles could be transformed into a beautiful, Pugh-like armor suit? Armor by Kosuke Tsumura.

Yies--that plastic suit looks seriously un-breathable. talk about people juice.

I guess it isn't meant for wear in the tropics.

woah those plastic armour pics are immense! love the jumper btw... my fail safe outfit is supremely uninventive - grey jeans, slightly loose AA t-shirt and little cardigan... makes me feel safe lol.

My go-to outfit is American Eagle jeans, Hollister hoodie, and leopard print cozy boots, sooooo comfy. The jeans have patches on top of patches, they are so worn.
The bottle suit reminds me of He Man cartoons.
Love my word ver. - beachery -think I'll steal that word for future use.

my go outfit is leggings and this slightly oversized teeshirt dress with pockets that is navy with a white print on it. comfort is key.

wow, that's an amazing way to reuse what people throw away. but i don't care how beautiful it looks, seeing that plastic mask and imagining how claustrophobic it must feel in there gave me the creeps! good luck with exams...

yes go to outfit is a must when i oversleep and have 3 minutes to get ready for work. mine is boots, jeans + some loose cottony top in dark color/menswear shirt. love menswear shirts. a little too much. am often mistaken for an adolescent boy.

Damn, I wish I could work my docs into my outfit as much as you. I love them but I always end up wearing deathly high heels. *ashamed Loving the g. Pugh like armor it's killing me.

I would be wearing that sweater constantly as well! YES. Your blog is awesome.

I just found your comment from a million days ago about the 80s pants - total highway robbery, I know... The vintage shop that provided the clothes for the shoot was convinced she could get $120 for them and I had to talk her down from that!!

Anyway, I put them up for auction for much lower now that the proof is in the pudding. I told her I was afraid they'd go out of style before they sold. There's a link to them on my latest post.

Good luck with your exams! That sweater will help, I'm sure of it.

that jumper is pretty epic, almost as epic as my huge and scarily patterned LL bean sweater (it's on my blog if you want to take a peek, hint, hint.)
