Bleachers

Last friday was the annual summer BBQ at my workplace, and this year it happened to be "sports" themed. You all know how much I love dressing up in costume when the occasion call for it, but THIS was the best I could come up with.

Yep, high waisted shorts and a random thrifted San Jose Sharks shirt. PATHETIC, though I have to admit the t-shirt is pretty cool. A childhood full of ballet, music lessons and getting picked last in gym class will do that to you - there is not a single authentic sports-related item of clothing in my entire closet. I was never the tomboy. I am not at all sportif.

someone's hair looks sexy today (hint: and i'm not just talking about me). (; that makes up for the lack of creativeness, although the high waisted shorts, I love.

I'm the same I played soccer though, but alas, no pieces left. My childhood was filled with ballet and dance as well. The shirt is wuite epic though.

What kind of theme is "sports"? That just seems utterly bizarre, unless, maybe you work someplace that deals with sports?

Haha, I definitely don't have anything sporty either. That's a wild shirt, though.

Hahhaha, this reminds me of the time my friend had a sports theme bday and we had to make 66Sick sports themed outfits. We were like, WTF? WE HATE SPORTS? So we made outfits that were giant full body prize ribbons that said "6" on them.

Heh, I found a pair of vile Bruno esque hot pants in my closet the other day, and I most likely would have paired them with some hockey socks converse and one of those skanky sports bras.Maybe a wholesome ponytail to complete the effect.
Who am I kidding?, sportswear is for Polish ganstas.

I love your shorts! And I do think you look sporty, but like someone who appreciates sports rather than plays them.

haha this reminds me of primary school so much. i always used to attend PE with my sisters old dance sweatpants and some random t-shirt, while all the other girls in my class had their uniforms from field hockey :')

Hey, some San Jose representation! Haha, I don't watch or really like sports at all but I had to do a shout-out to my hometown, especially when one of my fave bloggers is wearing the tee.

And wow, your hair looks fantastic!
