So, ummm, don't kill me here - but am I the only singular soul out there who completely hates these Ashish for Topshop leopard shoes? I usually love leopard print, but this stuff is just cartoon-ish. And the shape looks like some kind of awful joke. They're not elegant at all! I'm clearly missing out on something, because for the life of me I just fail to understand what everyone finds so alluring about these goddamn shoes.

Yeah I know, I like shoes with a little platform, like the ones Alexa Chung wears, but this is getting way out of control... The other day I walked in a Spanish shop called Banco to find some horrid drag queen-like shoes -now don´t get me wrong, drag queens are good- but those shoes were.. WAY over the top, they look tucky and tasteless..
But those are even worse, they can only make your legs look like meat loafs... and peep-toe?? I-m sorry, I just don´t get the ankle boot peep-toe thingy, not for me.. either you wear sandals, or boots, but HOW ON EARTH DOES THAT MAKE SENSE!!??

I hate them too, although they're not as bad in plain black. I also hate the Acne wedges that certain bloggers are also gushing over. I just don't get it!
I think people like them because they are weird looking, and weird looking shoes are kind of a..bloggers thing. Personally I just find them really uncomfortable, but I can't wear heels for shit so what do I know... :/

No way, these are ugly. It's too much. Too much wedge, to much print. I feel they would make any wearer look heavy at the feet. Who wants to look foot heavy?

I like them! The shoes are wedges, but still give lots of height! The shape is very interesting to me, which makes me want them even more! Need I say more? Okay, I will :3 haha the print is fantabulous as well. But hey, to each her own (pair of fave shoes).
I admit, those shoes look like something a bad '90s band would be sporting, along with baby blue ankle swinin' flaires and plenty of hair gel.

hahaha, well i definitely won't be able to walk on those shoes, look at those heels, hmm i've been hardly managed to walk on any high heels though :P as i have none on my shoe rack :S
If they were free I might consider wearing them out to the supermarket as a joke or something but I would never consider spending serious money on them.

I can get why some people like them. They are super-duper-over-the-top. And they have that little peep toe that everyone is so jazzed about right now. Personally I'd never wear them. But you have to keep an open mind if you're into fashion, you know... I don't have to tell you that this shit gets pretty crazy.
Because of all that, it's about the cartoonish & the madness. Like you've over thought your whole black ensemble & then you stick a pair of those on the end just so people know you have a personality. & hey it's cheaper than some of the other crazy shoes out there!

That's good for 3 reasons : 1 they're ugly and i want to be pretty sometimes 2 they're expensive (and look cheap!!) 3 I go places by bike... and bike + wedges = OUCH

I love animal prints and I love shoes and I love boots and I love wedges but I don't love these. I love my Jeffrey Campbell heels in a cheetah print but that's my take on the trend.
