Whatcha Gonna Do?

I'm currently going insane with all things related to Frosh Week - for some psycho reason, I volunteered to be a Frosh leader and show all those kooky kids going into first-year University the ropes. Frosh week hasn't even technically started but it's hectic pace has already taken over my life! While everyone else is at NY Fashion Week, I'll be getting sweaty, enjoying free pizza and playing icebreaker games. I would complain, but hey, it's free pizza!

ohhh everytime I see those shoes I just want to kill myself *.*

I hope you still get to go out during frosh week. Maybe you could wear a mask? Nobody would know it's you...

Glad to know i'm not the only one that was scared of being out of the teens!! :D

I love your ever-morphing style! Everytime you post a new outfit it's always different and totally inspiring!
There's nothing worse than a predictable dresser, I say!

You look lovely. I don't envy your week, I get annoyed with all the freshman when I'm in the university district at the beginning of school, and that's just seeing them on the streets or in shops or restaurants. But I'm sure you'll have fun!

LOVE YOUR SHOES!!!!!!

heh, yeah that was kind of a vitriolic comment. i know what you mean - there is something to be said about looking a little off-kilter, i just hate this poor-little-rich-california-heiress-trashing-her-seaside-mansion look. i see sooo many girls look like that where i live, with their expensive drapey tshirts which look like kleenexes, their huge bags nestled in the crook of their elbow and their vague, sour expressions which just sort of scream "fuck you, plebe, i have more important things to look at." those shoes epitomize that level of fug to me.

ohmygod why am i so angry.

frosh week, is that what they call it over there? it's called freshers' week in the uk where i study. i also volunteered to help the "kids" (how condescending) but my term hasn't started yet.

Everyone else is at NY Fashion week? Who is everyone else?
I'd take free pizza for sure. Do you get to pick the toppings?

Free cheesey goodness and beer, what's not to love really?

Good luck with the newbies! At least you get the opportunity to be The Cool Older Girl.

You are seriously making me jealous of my days as a frosh (which seems like a lifetime ago). you're going to have so much fun, trust me it will be better than NYFW anyway.

Free pizza makes everything worth it! I assume frosh week is equuivalent to freshers week in england which is driving me up the wall, why do these kids need so many guides and posters to inform them? x

Those kids are so lucky to get someone like you instead of someone like Posy Parker in Dazed.
If you're wearing that same outfit, two snaps up for everyone involved. xo

Can't argie with free pizza! I'm helping at fresher's week at my uni in a couple of weeks and I just know it's going to be manic... And will probably make me feel ancient..

Volunteered to be a Frosh leader?! Kookiness. I hope things are going well with that and you're handling the hecticness! Hecticity. Whatever the noun is that involves things being hectic.

Anyways, I the cut of the dress' hem is way too awesome. I love how you paired it with the docs.

Aah, it feels good to read your blog again after five days of not!

Those boots are A M A Z I N G. Truly beautiful. I'm flyering the freshers over here & even that's a little soul destroying, although I'm sure you'll have much more fun!

Frosh week? Haha. Sounds like fun... Kind of. Cute outfit.

That sounds kind of nicer than NY fashion week! Anyway those kids sure are lucky to have you as a frosh leader/ fashion/music role model.

PS, can I say how excited I am to be one of your constant clicks?
