Ugh, its miserable out and I've been holing myself inside drinking entire pots of Earl Grey tea and procrastinating my studies EXTENSIVELY by joining fashion social media sites like Weardrobe and Chictopia. Check out my profiles and be my internet friend, you guys!
Also, thanks to the ingenious public library, I have created a new (yet sadly temporary) media shelf. There is seriously so much good stuff at the library. I'm talking Surfer Rosa by the Pixies and Live Through This by Hole - music I already have but kinda wish I didn't just so I could take it out from the library!

Really getting into the Jesus and Mary Chain right now. Hey, if they call it Psychocandy then why can't I eat it?

Oh my gosh;
they built a library by my house when I was 15/16 and I swear to god it changed my life. Everytime I am in Ottawa I spend all my time there, and they have the best movie selection ever...I think I got Ghost World for the first time there, and it kicked off my French New Wave obsession, and I spend so much time in their magazine section.
Viva la education!
Oh, Isabel, you so crazy.
I know, the library has soooo much good stuff!! The public library helped me out immensely during high school when I was just discovering classic r'n'r bands, like The Beatles, Kinks, The VU, Bowie, etc. because they just have it all! Libraries are the shittttt. I should become a librarian or something I love it so much. Oh, wait...
Psychocandy is so good, and very "in" after last in translation. i guess. The Reid brothers were geniuses!!
Charlie Bartlett is a great movie!
live through this is my allll time favourite hole cd - and is that edward scissorhands i see? libraries are such a good invention...
I love this outfit esp the scarf and your glasses!
Super super cute :)
i think we might be living the same life? haha
i'm drinking earl greyer tea by the bucket, and hi, bike ride to library in -382 degree weather? yes. the loveliness that libraries have to offer has actually inspired me to aspire to be a librarian. i am a 20 year old grandma who loves the go! team.
Isa, you're such a stitch. :)
But you really do make me wish my library was within walking distance.
i love the bun!!
jesus and the mary chain = AMAZING
Once I actually start putting outfits together and buy something that makes it easier to take pictures of myself, I might get a weardrobe and befriend you.

Public libraries are the most wonderful things! They have everything, and the especially especially good stuff is always still available (maybe because the mom's and the fifth graders don't want to see a Bergman film or something, I don't know.) Also, my heart skipped a beat when I saw that you had checked out Edward Scissorhands! So much love for Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder
xo Jenny
Love your outfit!
And is that The Buzzcocks i see?
They're one of my favorites!
<3
The Go Team, and Charlie Bartlett, 2 of my favorite things, haha. I like the scarf. :P
The genius of your outfits needs to end, I'm experiencing some serious envy lady.
Check out my blog, I gave you an award for being an awesome blogger! Keep up the good work!
Ha love the crazy last photo!
I hope you don't take this the wrong way - it's meant in the most endearing sense - but you remind me of this:

rko.
You should join Lookbook instead of those crap copy-cat sites.
yeah
I'm still in love w/ the Rodarte-esque sweater! Also great picks from the library! Jesus and Mary Chain can do no wrong..lol. I'll be sure to add you to my chictopia friends.
I love this outfit. Especially your shoes!!!
Just wanted to say I really like your blog. I've peeped around it a lot today. Keep up the good work!
Great post :) Mon Mode Blog
Love Jesus and Mary Chain! Though oddly enough I prefer the songs like "Just like honey", which I guess is less typical of them. "Cut Dead" and "My Little Underground" on the album also make me want to lie in bed and just fade away.
oh! i wish i do go to library this days ... - i like your look - very casual but chic, xx
cute glasses
I want your scarf so much. And I still haven't seen Charlie Bartlett despite wanting to see it BEFORE it was even in theatres. Nice, I know.
I love Edward Scissor hands!!!! It's the best film ever!!

AHH! I'm not the only one to know the movie «Breakfast on plutot»!!
I love your blog, I love you, (egads! secret stalker revealed!)
Yay Jesus and Mary Chain! Love the jangley tambourines!!
X is the shit! I saw them in concert when I was in middle school and thought I was so punk rock. Then I saw them again this year (aged 20) but I'm a lot less cool now. I was still the youngest person though. The only one there who couldn't buy a drink
