Visionary/Giver/Executive

I've finally returned back to school after a lovely holiday, but I'm glad to be back. The smell of fresh new textbooks makes me really happy, but the price of them does not. Education is awesome and all, but why do I constantly feel like I am being extorted?

Oh well. I've started pulling my hair into a pseudo-topknot almost all the time nowadays and it always makes me feel elegant, even if I'm just wearing leopard jeans, a fish sweater and Doc Martens. Random combination but damned if I don't enjoy it.

love those DM's! text books are so massively overpriced, i hardly bought any while i was at uni! my fella is so lucky, at his uni every student gets £200 (335 canadian dollars) EVERY YEAR to spend on text books & well, whatever is in the uni shop, so that might be dvds or cds too...every uni should do that i think!!

I am liking that jumper, it looks damn comfy and snuggly, and cool in a oversized nonchalant kind of way.
Thank you for reading my blog by the way!!

I love your top knot. My hair isn't long enough to do that. I can thank the hair stylist's obsession with layering hair for that. xD It's okay though. It makes my hair super easy to take care of....kind of. :D

I know what you mean about the books, I am terrified to buy mines for this semester. I just wanted you to know that I adore your blog and style and you are by far one of my favorite blogger's

That fish sweater is one of my favorite things that you own. Honestly, I liked it the first time I saw it.
School supplies are a form of legal extortion, it's crazy. Both of my daughters have grants/loans/aid for them.

i love those shoes. i have them in black. they're so clunky! i feel like my legs have gotten stronger from just walking in them.
also, your widow's peak is so charming and you look very elegant with your hair that way.
i read your blog a lot in school (at home, also) and i'm alway so thrilled when i see that you've posted recently. thanks for being so great!

The price of textbooks right after Christmas always shocked me...at the end of summer I usually saved up a bit, but in January I always felt I was going broke over books!
