Fuzzy Brain

Today was an overall glorious day. I went on a long walk in the morning to enjoy the weather and fetch some caffeine, then had thrifting/adventure times with a friend and ended up at a restaurant named "Cock Block" or some other malarky like that. Sadly, I had to part with Karen the Tiger Sweater but we certainly enjoyed our time together, and she will surely make another appearance in the future. Plus, I have a new sweater to make up for the loss.

I hope everyone who reads this is feeling jubilant.

I am feeling jubilant! Thank-you! I hope you are too. I assume you are though, because you got a new sweater.

I still can't get over the greatness of that sweater, I honestly don't think that I could have given it up after seeing it and getting my hands on it for the firs time, I would probably sleep in it, shower in it even. On second thought, maybe not the latter because that might ruin the sweater.

so fierce. cause it's a tiger sweater.
i am feeling so jubilant, thank you. not because of the oscars though, that are really boring me tears, but because of a little box of tiny yarn people from guatemala i found at the swapmeet today!
have a lovely tomorrow

Cock Block. Nice.

New sweater???? Where???

ps. i'm moving to toronto after i graduate from high school. how ironic. :D

BC's not that beautiful. depends on where you live really. Metrotown is good for shopping, in Burnaby. So crowded tho. And there is like 90% Asians there. (Chinese, if you're being particular). Also, it's pretty ghetto. But skytrain and translink makes it easy to move around. But there are a lot of small towns/cities out here too.

And erm, the pics were of Idaho, not BC. but whatevs. :D

the fact that it is SIGNED makes it a million times better. what a bummer you can not keep it. however, your man friend rocks it pretty well too so I guess it's all good.

I love that sweater so much! :) Your blog is great!

Well, at least you got one last really good photo of yourself in the sweater before letting it go. Your hair is natural, and looks beautiful. Maybe now someone will loan you a Betty the Giraffe shirt, or a Hubert the Hippo sweatshirt. You never know.

I'm jubilant.

or a Patty the Poodle skirt.

I just read back on your blog a bit and wanted to let you know I genuinely love it. This not a comment I am making just to get more people to look at my blog or follow me, I find your outfits inspiring, your remarks witty and intelligent, and I throughly enjoy reading adn viewing them. Also we share in common the greatest accessory ever invented....The sock monkey hat. I just wanted to thank you for sharing this with the world, (and keeping up with it for such a long time gosh 4 years!!!)- Sarah

Oh, something could make up for the loss of the tiger sweater? It must be quite the something, because Karen the tiger sweater holds a dear place in my heart! :)

Are you parting with the tiger sweater because you gave it to your friend?

Wow you really have a lot of support for Karen going on here
