Free of Suggestion

Dressed according to a 'feline grandma' theme today. I found the leopard print top on the stinky racks of a thrift store's half off day, meaning it only cost me four bones! The grandpa pants are perpetually awesome and the new vintage brogues on my feet are glorious serendipity.

Remember these black leather brogues I thrifted ages ago?

I still love them, but they were just a bit too wide for my feet and so I traded them with a co-worker for these ones. It's always such a great feeling when an item of clothing finds its perfect home.

Was is the Value Village half off sale you went to? Oh gosh I got so many things at that sale. I heard there is another half off sale at Salvation Army coming up, but it may have passed.I love the pants!

Those pants are truly awesome! I can also never give away clothing without feeling a bit responsible for them, that's why I prefer swapping with my friends and seeing it getting the love it really deserves.

Love the leopard print top! And half-off days are seriously the best thing about thrift stores! They make me so happy!

Was not expecting an outfit from you...somehow more 'grown up' than your usual looks. But i love it! You still put your own twist on this look, especially in love the trousers, they are truly awesome. :)

On the subject of lipsticks: have you heard of MAC's dark night...I think you would like it. Its a gothy but subtle maroony color. In my next post I'll put it on!
