I really love that dress! I think I nearly bought something very similar once...
H&M, le sigh. It's a shame their city stores are so different from their country stores. The one is our area is kinda lame. It doesn't carry the cool stuff that's in the H&M in NYC.

I bought like three pairs of polka dot tights like those on clearance because I always rip them. The collar and buttons on that dress are just adorable.
