Give 'Em Whiplash

So after a week of lovely Spring weather, Mother Nature Satan Beast has cursed the Waterloo region once again with subzero temperatures and snowy blizzards that don't come from Dairy Queen. Of course, I had completely forgotten how to dress for winter in that intermittent period of sun. I put on my oversize forest green cocoon sweater and was unhappy with how it looked until I had the genius idea of pairing it with... leopard print! There is just something about shirts with collars and jazzy prints that turn gross slobby outfits into things of beauty.
Also, I got a new pair of frames courtesy of American Apparel. What do you think? I'm not sure they'll replace my Burberry frames as everyday glasses but they sure are awesome for 1960s dress-up parties, and whenever I want to feel like a vintage postcard.

Wow. I love how good you make the shirt look. Makes me tempted to jazz up the tshirts I steal from my boyfriend a little bit.

Nothing like a bit of leopard to liven up your look.
Oh my, that sounded like a line pulled straight from a fashion magazine.
More glasses are always good, especially ones that look a little bit novelty :)

cute frames! I think having multiple pairs of glasses is a great idea. I currently only have one but dream of having an entire glasses wardrobe. I met a woman awhile ago who had some medical condition that prevented her from wearing any kind of makeup around her eyes and she dealt with that by buying a ton of really great glasses. She was wearing red cat eye frames at the time. She was kind of inspirational.

I like the frames. Not an every day look (at least for me), but great for the right occasion. :)

i think it'd be cool if you, like, danced in that outfit and snaped a lot and looked like liza manelli.

I'm not normally into leopard print, in fact I usually despise it, but this outfit is making me kind of want to try it...
